hair rendering is not showing up on the display after packaging, (nor grooms or haircards for some reason) only without lock in main settings (it renders a 2D and a 3D window with severe performance hit) from editor it looks fine

List of ways the holographic effect breaks, known issues / limitations. Help to stop someone barking up the wrong tree for too long.

Some of the videos (quilts) I import do not play that well. All of them stutter at the beginning and quite a lot have constant micro-stutters due to frame syncs I would guess. Can you publish parameters for framerate that reduce stutter? Can you make sure the first second of a video is buffered before playing to avoid those stutters at the start? Also, a "repeat" counter for a video in a playlist should be easy, because duplicating a video right now leads to re-encoding over and over and then stutters at the loop point. Thanks for investigating!

Deleting holograms and syncing them, doesn't delete them from the Portrait. This was needed for me when HoloPlay was crashed and I had badly synced holograms that I wanted to delete. Lately I found a way to delete them from Portrait as USB drive. But this wasn't nice experience.

One very easy way to transfer iCloud Photos to HoloPlay is to drag'n'drop photos from Photos app directly in HoloPlay app. They are automatically exported as JPEG images and put there. This is missing in the documentation and could be added.

SSL both ensures encryption aswell as authenticity of a site or business trough certificates. The Certificate present on the https://checkout.lookingglassfactory.com/ store is "Let's Encrypt" which is an automated way of doing certificates with zero accountability, eg. not something I would want to fill my creditcard details. Most phishing use "Let's Encrypt" and if the site is ever hijacked there is a good chance the same will be used here. Consider installing a regular or EV certificate. (Extended Validation aka "a business certificate" being most suited for accepting credit cards info)

I'd like to design accessories for the Portrait, and CAD files of the exterior would be appreciated so that I can match it without a ton of trial and error. I've seen others make similar requests on the Discord.

When a parcel's import duties have not been paid in advance, there are additional costs, paperwork and delay times to the delivery of the parcel. VAT% + fee per parcel ~ 2 day delay It a very bad surprise for most customers as it feels like they did something wrong or their parcel has been taken hostage by the delivery service and they have to transfer money to a 3rd party. Having the cost upfront, included in price, shipping or a backerkit addon called "EU-Friendly shipping" would greatly increase trust.
