Remove black frame between holograms

When HoloPlay Studio syncs holograms, it adds a black frame between holograms. Would be nice if this could be removed.

Repro: the black frame flash on loop doesn't happen when the hdmi is connected as a display. only when the HDMI is unplugged.

When a Looking Glass portrait is synced with just one photo the playlist continues to play instead of statically viewing the content. This causes a slight flicker after it gets to the "end" of the playlist.
