When importing a demo video (Quilt and Light Field) I only get a green screen on the Looking Glass Portrait. After syncing the video doesn't play in standalone mode. It works using my notebook, I think it's the graphics card (Radeon RX 6800). Reinstalled HoloPlay Service, HoloPlay Studio and GC driver (WHQL). Sometimes I get a GC driver timeout message (never had that before).

Hi Miguel,
It looks like you're using a different hdmi cable than the one we included in the package here, can you try using the one we sent with the portrait and see if you have the same issue here? That may fix the green screen issue.

I've tried with the HDMI and USB-C cables from the package but same result. I also tried running Voxatron but it just shows a black screen on my normal display and crashes. Voxatron and syncing videos works with another PC. I've also tried reinstalling the mainboard chipset drivers, using other video ports (HDMI and Display port with adapter) and different USB ports (one USB-C, several others with adapter). As I said in Discord: Playing a light field photo set multiple times I first get the driver timeouts and after a while the preview changes from the green screen to the correct preview. Then the quilt video preview also works. Though when I sync the quilt video it only shows one frame on the LGP during sync (seems to be doing something as it takes quite some time) and in standalone mode I see the one frame for the duration of the video. The light field photo set is shown correctly.
