Holoplay Service incorrectly reports error in Windows 'Landscape (Flipped)' Display Orientation

Repro: Set LG Portrait to Landscape in Windows Display Settings.
Try "Test my Device" in the onboarding website
Actual: "Failed to Connect"  or "Invalid Display Adapter" is reported.
Expected: Error Message explainging to change orientation

This is intended behavior as the display is not reporting the correct resolution. Looking Glass devices are only intended to be used in the orientation they ship in, and not rotated.
